Knew my gait was off so went to a podiatrist. After x rays and consulting the doctor put these in my shoes and it was instant relief. Helped with my gait and lower back pain gone. I use these or wear Vionic.

I bought two pairs. One pair for running shoes and the other for golf shoes. Great arch support. No more ankle pain and painful feet. They conform to feet nicely.

These shoe inserts were recommended to me by a staff member at a local shoe company where I live and are the 2nd pair that bought!I have an over-pronation gait. If you suffer from feet issues, I would highly recommend a great podiatrist, a knowledgeable shoe salesman and a great shoe insert!I also have suffer from plantar fasciitis. The inserts greatly improve my ability to be on my feet for longer periods of time.

These are really nice, but unfortunately the arch is not high enough for me. Had I known, I would have purchased the high arch. Now I wear them with my Copper Fit arch supports on top of them and my foot feels good. I recommend these if you know what arch you need.

My PTA daughter recommended these inserts for me years ago to help cushion my steps since I have degenerative arthritis with bilateral knee replacements. Now I use them in my shoes routinely. They last the same length of time as a pair of walking shoes, about a year. I reorder every time I reorder new shoes. Won’t go without them again. They make all the difference in the world! Just remember to remove the standard footbed in the shoes before replacing that footbed with these inserts! Perfect arch support and overall foot support. I questioned the price at first because they were almost as expensive as the shoes but, after using this brand for ten years now, I’m sold on them and won’t go without them. Has greatly helped minimize knee pain on long hikes.

I have bad problems with my feet/legs/knees/hips/lower back no matter what shoe I wore. Years ago I went to a running store, explained my problem and the sales woman fit me with these, and an expensive pair of sneakers after doing a walk test. These were a game changer. I was able to put them in any shoe/boot that I used for extensive wear. She also mentioned to me that they would work long enough for 2 shoes and would need to be replaced when buying your 3rd. I had forgotten about them when I started replacing my shoes. The problems started back up again. Just bought these again and i had forgotten just how much they helped me. Im buying another set or 2 for my other shoes.I would also like to mention that they do squeak at the middle section (arch area). Believe it or not I went on YouTube to find a fix and low and behold if you put a used dryer sheet lengthwise along the edge it stops the squeak. Tuck it in so it doesn't stick out!

These Super-feet insoles will make your feet feel so much better. My podiatrist was impressed that I bought these. They are a little pricey, but they work great for your feet

I have 3 types of Superfeet that I have worn for years with no problem(green, blue, copper). I wore these pink ones once and it was awful. My ankle was visibly bruised and one foot was rolling outward and I was left with lasting pain. I had to see the podiatrist and he agreed these were not good for me. I have flat feet, plantar fasciitis among other issues. I also had to cut these and never had to cut any other pair. I hope to be able to return them or I will have wasted 59 dollars!

Bought these to replace stock insoles in a pair of basketball shoes and they immediately eliminated any arch/ankle/hip tightness that I had before. I ended up buying two more pairs for my running and hiking shoes.I have somewhere between a medium to high arch and super narrow feet and these were perfect.

Conosco bene il prodotto ed è l'unica soletta che funziona per me, ma potrebbe essere perfetto se mettessero in una busta rigida. La confezione del prodotto che ho ricevuto è danneggiata quindi metto 4 stelle invece di 5.

These were recommended to me by a friend. I have flat feet and these work really well for me. I have been using them in trainers but could be easily trimmed to fit different shoes. I will buy again.
