I also experienced uncomfortable side affects like gas and bloating
I previously purchased organic prenatals on Amazon but struggled to swallow the 3 large vitamins as the directions required. I also experienced uncomfortable side affects like gas and bloating. I researched liquid prenatals and read all of the positive reviews on Amazon for this brand. I've been taking it for about a week and I have experienced no discomfort at all. And taking 1 tbsp per day is so much easier than swallowing three giant pills. I highly recommend this product!

Preservatives
Check ingredients carefully. It has preservatives potassium sotbate, potassium benzoate. Which are carcinogenics when combined with vitamin c

Great, if you can tolerate the taste!
This is my first time taking a liquid multivitamin and there is no other way to say it...it's disgusting. Even if you mix it with 8oz of juice, the flavor is so overpowering, it just makes the juice taste gross. The only way I've been able to stomach it, is that I make fruit smoothies every morning and I blend it into those. I drink about 32oz of smoothies, so a teaspoon of the vitamin blended into that isn't detectable.Having said that, I definitely feel like I have more energy and it's more noticeable than the pill form that I used to take. The only problem is that if I don't make a smoothie in the morning then I usually don't take it.So I'm torn. If you can stomach it, then it'll do great things for you, but I can't imagine having the slightest bit of nausea and taking this vitamin. (BTW, I'm not pregnant, I've just always taken prenatal vitamins for the added benefits.

BodSmith Pre-Natal Organic Whole Food Nutrients Dietary Supplement offers the best way to get your vitamins in your system
BodSmith Pre-Natal Organic Whole Food Nutrients Dietary Supplement offers the best way to get your vitamins in your system. This is definitely not just for pregnant women, either. I have absorption issues and know from personal experience that liquids vitamins are absorbed easier, naturally derived vitamins are absorbed easier, and liquid naturally derived vitamins are at the top of the pyramid. The taste isn’t pleasant, but if I can force my child to chase a nasty tasting medicine with a favorite drink, I can make myself do the same thing for my own health. I’ve been feeling so much better, more energetic/less tired, able to focus clearly, and more regular now that I’ve been off my other vitamin with an iron which was apparently not as agreeable with my system.I recommend this for pregnant and nursing women, certainly, but also for anyone who wants to make sure their body is getting what it needs in an effective form (and let’s not forget, one that won’t constipate you).Note: I obtained my vitamins in exchange for providing an honest and unbiased review.

A No for Me.
My husband ordered these for me because i hate taking pills. I did like the ingredients, I especially like that they're whole food ingredients. But my dislike comes from the fact that this has preservatives in this. I'm trying to go as natural and organic as possible during my pregnancy and I did not like that fact. I started getting headaches and mild stomach aches as soon as I started taking this. I thought it was the pregnancy but when i went to visit family, I ended up taking my regular prenatals pills for a while until I I got back and was totally fine. Then I started up again and all the symptoms came back. I'm convinced it was this. I went back to see if anyone reviewed this and had the same things and one thing I noticed with the reviews is that they're all similar from people that have the exact same product history. Not all of them, but a vast majority. Sometimes i tend to click on certain people to see what else they buy to get product recommendations, it was all very peculiar. Which now leads me to believe that some of these reviews may not be legitimate. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. As convenient as a liquid prenatal is, because I hate taking pills, the reviews along with the side effects, I will not be ordering any more.
