It your going to take vitamins, then you might as well take the best. Andrew Lessman I’ve been using his vitamins on and off for probably 20 years and a sad thing is I’ll start a new healthy lifestyle take his vitamins, them start feeling better then I forget. Well worth the money, quality top notch, feel a lot better energy wise, haven’t been sick since using. They are a little larger in size, also the smell is bad with some of the multiple vitamins. The vitamin D is supposed to help with mental health, and I’ve had a fewer days without any symptoms which is good news for me. Definitely recommend, I’m purchasing the woman’s multivitamin next. Love this brand!
