Great product
Got this as my previous steamer is no longer being produced. Very pleased with this one. Easy to use. Able to do my bathroom, separate WC and kitchen without having to refill

Great results
Used on laminate floors and upholstery and very pleased with results. Able to control steam output and no detergent needed. Easy to manoeuvre and great choice of attachments that fit away neatly and easily in the body of the unit. Happy with purchase.

Pieces not too easy to fit
The pieces are not so easy to fit and the steam at its maximum is not really great. Bit disappointed

My son ordered this for me recently after my last larger polti packed up after about 10 years. It was used daily during covid. I got this one as my dog has environmental allergies and I have been using steamers for years. This smaller one is great. Easier and lighter to carry around. I’ve used it twice so far on carpets, dogs bed & leather sofa. Works really well. I’ve ordered some of the cloths from Amazon, so plenty to use whilst 1 is in the wash.

One of the most disappointing purchases
I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately found it, basically completely useless. I expected it to be like an indoor pressure washer, but it just basically wafts cool steam at things. Now possible I had a faulty one, but it had a high steam output so I don’t see how it could have been. Everything I tried to clean didn’t really do anything, you could argue that you steam and then scrub, but I found this no different to just scrubbing with a wet brush. The floor mop function is useless, I could hold my hand on it for a couple of seconds until it got hot, so in order to clean your floor you’d need to leave it in position for a few seconds, it would take 20 minutes to mop the floor as opposed to 30 seconds with an Addis spray mop. Plus the inconvenience of having to plug it in, deal with the wire and wait for it to heat up. I tried cleaning mould, grout, trainers, none of which it was much use at. A shame because I thought it would make cleaning a lot easier and more thorough.

Handles too flexible
Basically the heating system works perfectly and gives really nice steam. The steamer is really efficient. But the handle is too flexible :/ When I'm operating, the handle seems getting bend. I'm worrying I can break the handle, so it's not very comfortable. Designs the handle more stiff please.
