Look no further.. Buy this sun visor. It's the best on the market!
What a great little invention! I'm 5' tall and for 40 years have battled the sun blinding me in the morning and evening because I'm too short to use the sun visor in my car during these periods. I wear clear prescription tri-focal eye glasses and switching back and forth between these and other prescription sun glasses drives me crazy. Note- I installed the sun visor "backwards" on my car visor, so that the sun visor flips toward the front wind shield in the stored position, instead of toward the vanity mirror side. This eliminated the "gap " between the bottom of the car visor and the top of the sun visor screen, so there is no gap that the sun can annoyingly leak thru while I'm driving. There is no distortion when looking thru the sun visor. It's perfect. It was more $$ than some other similar products, but well worth it. I will buy this again for my other cars. I like that there are 2 clips that go on either side of the vanity mirror, so I can still easily use the mirror. The extra velcro straps are a nice addition to make the installation very secure. I bought this with my own money and did not receive the product in exchange for this review, like some other reviewers did. I'm glad I bought this.

the velco fell off easily, which causing the sun visor dropping down
This visor came differently as what was shown in the picture. The clips are not metal, but plastics. It has some Velcro strip secure it to the car visor. Yes the Velcro was glued on to the sun visor. I only use it roughly two months so far. The glue already started to melt, the Velcro fell off easily, which causing the sun visor dropping down. The plastic clips are useless. Now I could use this visor any more. Right now Tulsa is only in Spring time, the hot season is not there yet, it is hard to believe the glue on the back of the Velcro was so soft and so easy to lost its sticking strength.

Good product with a poor quality
This has tremendously helped me in my driving esp when the sun seems to be shining directly in my eye that I can't see the car in front of me. I was so happy that I told myself how on earth was I able to live without it and why did I not purchase it years ago. The product's concept is good but the quality is questionable for something "Made in USA and built to last". I have been using it for <1 month and driving to and from work 3x/week. This week the hinge came off and wondered why. I put it back but the hinge kept falling off. I scrutinized it and found that the hinge cracked. I am seeking a replacement. The polarized glass is good and have no problems with it. I still believe that American made products are far superior than its China counterparts.

Expensive and SHORT LIVED
One of the more expensive Visors offered at Amazon, but still worth the money. The polarization of the Visor makes it especially useful in high glare situations -- say the sun directly ahead poking over the mountains outside Denver.UPDATE ON REVIEW.We finally had a couple of hot strong sun days and the visor has completely failed. It failed in the same manner as the most useful 1 star review -- We suggest you read that review carefully. We should have checked the ratings more thoroughly as between 1 and 2 stars this product has a 25% fail or poor rating. We have contacted the seller directly to request a full refund -- The listing still states 100% guarantee. We'll wait for a response and then we will file complaint of misleading and deceptive listing. We would NOT buy this defective product again

Glare Kink visor extender
Glare King, the maker of the product, apparently changed suppliers for parts for this product and it has caused the clips to warp and the velcro tape to loose it's ability to "stay stuck". This occurred within 3 months of buying the product and happened before the full heat of AZ kicked in. This has made the visor extender not fit properly and the velcro tape that is supposed to hold everything snug has pulled away from the clips that go around the car visor so the extender is also loose/not staying in place.I do not recommend buying the product.

Don't Settle. This is the best sun visor period.
I bought a cheap version of this item. If you want the best sun shade visor buy this one. It is constructed with real craftsmanship you won't find with the cheaper version. The polarized shield is the clearest vision I have ever experienced. It almost feels like my eyes are less tense. So the driving is much more enjoyable.

I'm very happy with the clarity of the sun visor
I'm very happy with the clarity of the sun visor...that was my main concern. I think if I wore my sunglasses like I'm supposed to, I could easily give it 6 stars!I'm only 5'1" and I drive a Chrysler Town&Country...this visor helps ALOT!Remember, you get what you pay for. I'm glad I spent a few extra bucks and got this product.Update 8/4/2016I'm somewhat disappointed...the heat of the summer has 'melted' the glue that holds the straps to the visor frame. At first I thought the straps were just stretching, but, after a closer look, I see the problem. The quality of the visor is not in question, just how the straps are attached. I'm going to try binder clips to see if I can securely attach it to my car visor.

Plastic Clip broke in 3 months of use (late Jan to mid Apr) in North FL- not even in killer summer sun!
Used in a Honda CRV with a tinted windshield in mild wi ter Spring sun exposure in No. FL. Great product, until the U clip apparently melted open. The visors were used with the included velcro straps, but still the clip failed. Tried to gently bend it back but an arm snapped off. See photo. Absolutely not acceptable especially for this price point. Too bad because the quality of the anti glare lens is great but what good is a $40 product that wont stay in place. Not nearly good enough!
