We've been using this product for years. We even have given them as gifts. In todays world everybody needs a "little" pick me up, help me "go at it" in a healthy way. I don't need ither stimulants-I just make sure its to start my day, not end it... LOL :) & it always does. The company is great too! The people are real & personable. I consider them friends I can trust. They ALWAYS work with us. That says a lot about a company with a great product that does what it says and how they treat their customers is a rare commodity these days.

Taste a bit on bitter side. Not great or bad on taste. A great energy boost with out tons sugar. Wears off slowly which is nice.
