Q: Size 6 best to get small or medium? Often insoles come up small.

I'm a size 6 and I find the small ok, I do have quite narrow feet though.

Q: Are these suitable for high arched feet?

I had been having immense pain when out walking, couldn’t get in at the docs! So did a bit of research and then found these insoles, bought and used immediately.....wonderful! Pain free walking. Since, have visited chiropodist, who saw the insoles and confirmed I had high arches. Bought another pair 👍
