These plugs are great for fragging. They actually cut really easily with a simple pair of bone cutters. That makes it very easy to continue fragging as your previous frags grow out. Most other plugs are difficult to cut with bone cutters, or impossible. Some other types are even difficult to cut with a wet saw. I am convinced that people using other plugs do so to keep the average joe from being able to easily frag their own corals. The price is pretty good on these as well. My only negative on these is that they tend to be dusty out of the bag and need to be rinsed off to get a good adhesion when using the coral glue.

Great plugs at a great price!They’re strong enough- but not too strong. Easy to break the stems off when you want to, which my customers appreciate.

Definitely like the material that these are made of seems like my frags glue very good compared to the ceramic ones out there. I wish the platform was a little bigger but they are good and worth the money!

They work great! The coral grows over the plugs without a problem. Perfect size as well.

I was in need of some frag plugs and ultimately opted for a package of the "Coral Frag Plugs 100pc" sold by Oceans Wonders. The price was right and coupled with Amazon Prime any shipping and returns issues would not be an issue.The plugs seem to be of decent quality for their purpose. They are bright white in appearance so keep that in mind if you're looking for plugs that will blend in with your rock-work. They are quite "dusty" due to being "Made from 100% Pure Caribsea reef sand" so definitely give them a good rinse. I knocked one star off the rating simply due to the amount of "dust" and rinsing required. Not really a major concern though. After rinsing in RO then tank water I plopped about a dozen into the sump and let them remain for about a week prior to usage for curing purposes. No negative effects in tank parameters were seen.They're the perfect size for zoas, palys, small SPS frags and have found them useful for small monti frags, too. The surface is rough enough to make gluing a non-issue. After about two weeks the frags seem to already be exhibiting growth onto the plugs most likely due to their composition and one even has what seems to be the beginnings of a bit of coraline.Nice, basic frag plugs, these are. No issues whatsoever and when the time comes to purchase more I'll be heading back in this direction.
