This is really a terrible product. When plugged in, it arced, the indicator light did not go on, and none of the connected devices (iphone or ipad) could be charged. The product does not work at all.

I do a reasonable amount of international travel, always with a variety of electronic devices, and often quick trips on short notice. Even if I have an adapter for my final destination, it may not work at airports or on trains in between. Sometimes you can borrow adapters from airport lounges or hotels, but not always, and they don't always work when you do. I have used many travel adapters over the years, with not altogether satisfactory results. This is the first device I've found that meets my needs completely.One reason this is even possible is that all my devices charge from USB ports with only two power levels, 1 amp and 2.4 amps (some specify different levels, but 2.4 is powerful enough to charge everything I own, including my iPad; in principle too much power shouldn't matter but I find some of my smaller devices are happier with 1 amp).This device consists of five pieces, the USB charger body and four plug adapters that cover most of the world: the basic US, UK, Europe and Pacific plugs. You may have trouble in Italy and some other countries in Southern Europe and the Near East, but that's always true. Also, none of the plugs have working grounds or polarization, but that should not be an issue for charging electronics.This device is solidly constructed. It does not heat up at all in use, and it actually works everywhere I tested it. That's unusual, in my experience, even with the theoretically correct plug adapter and USB charger, things often fail. This device has the virtue of being integrated, you're not matching a plug adapter to a charger, it's all one piece; and very well built.One drawback is the device is larger and heavier than most others. That's necessary given it's power and sturdiness, but it won't fit in your pocket easily. I don't mind that myself but if you don't need all four plug types or four USB ports with high power, you'd likely be happier with a smaller, simpler device. My other mild criticism is this should have a carrying case. I keep mine in a small zippered bag I got from an airline. Without the case, you'd likely lose some of the five independent pieces.

Don't work. Not at all, with anything. Total criminal rip off.

The 2.4 amp ports fail to charge either of my Samsung tablets.

Excellent for international travellers. The adapter simplifies the simuoltaneous richarge of different devices at the same time.
