ASUS Republic of Gamers Shuttle Backpack for 17" G-Series Notebooks

This product is a bit expensive, but is worth it. You can carry a lot of things in it, for example a 17" laptop + mouse + mouse pad + charger + many cables + laptop cooler and maybe something else ^^, and it is still comfortable to carry around.

So much room in this bag! I've carried my Asus Rog G751 in the back pocket and my PS4 in the front pocket a few times. Sometimes I also shove my purse in there if I really don't want to deal with it while traveling. I take the train every weekend and having something that can carry all my gaming crap or at least the Laptop half is fantastic. So far no flaws and I've had it for months now.Example of things I've carried in one haul on the train: ASUS Rog G751, PC Controller (Size of an Xbox 360 controller.), mouse, mouse pad, PS4, PS4 Chords, PS4 Controller, Purse (11"L x 6"H x 2"W), shampoo (12oz bottle), conditioner (10oz bottle.), tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tablet A 8in), phone/tablet chargers, and a few articles of clothing.

Bought this to transport my ACER Predator 17 and it fits perfect. Even though I have a 17.3" screen and the laptop body is gigantic, the computer still fits with some room to spare. Not very comfy on the back since you have a 5 square foot piece of plastic pressed into you but that's unavoidable with such a large device.Bag seems well-made and has plenty of extra compartments for peripherals, other devices, etc. You could probably get your laptop and a change of clothes in there and with a smaller computer you could make it a weekender. Glad I saved money and went with this over the Acer Predator bag.

Great backpack for my 17" . I saw some reviews on here with disappointment in the construction. I have a 17" laptop a good size mouse, and chargers, wires, and sometimes my handgun. Fairly heavy. I don't fill it with books, which might be the difference, but I carry it from home to my truck and into work, and on a few vacations. Still looks brand new after close to a year, and I would say, I'm fairly rough with it. In retrospect, I wish it didn't have the ROG emblem, as I think it would be better not to advertise what is inside.

I really enjoyed it until one day, about 7 months later, the part below the handle ripped. I looked at some of the other reviews and there was a lot of the same thing, anywhere between 6-9 months. Just be wary of it when you buy. Obviously, if you aren't carrying the laptop it was meant to carry, you probably won't rip this part. But since i bought this specifically for the asus rog g700 series, i assumed it was durable enough to last. i was wrong...

This has been a great bag. It holds and protects my laptop, the side drink pockets zip up and close over my water bottles and Soda stream bottles making it a great travel bag. It's the first time I've made good use of the little pockets they give you to organize. It wears well and the main pouch unzipping as far as it does is great when I think something is at the bottom, I don't need to take everything out to find it.

It's been about two months since I bought this bag and it's still holding up very well!! I use this bag very roughly and since my laptop is pretty heavy(10 lbs!) I am very happy it hasn't given out yet. The quality is great. If you have an expensive 17' laptop and you want to keep it safe then get this! I also use this bag for school, so it has more than enough space for anything you might want to pack into it

This backpack worked well for the months that I had it. It felt like a solid and well-built product until I started carrying my laptop around in it with books for college classes. After only about 6 months with this backpack the left arm strap started to detach from the backpack as a whole, ripping a giant hole in the back of the large pocket. I wouldn't recommend buying this backpack unless it is on sale for at least 25% off because of this. I would recommend shopping around for a cheaper and much more durable backpack before spending almost 100$ on this one.
