Moist & mildly flavored
I had many many options on Amazon. What caught my attention is that Fairhaven Bay Seafoods is in Bellingham, WA . I’m originally from Washington. It is known for wild Salmon. I can’t find fresh Salmon where I currently live in Hawaii.To top it off it was described as moist. I’d already purchased lox & smoked Salmon at the grocery store but didn’t find the texture that I was looking for, until now. Absolutely delicious! I will order again. I’m on Weight Watchers and it’s a great source of protein with very few “points”.Perfection!

If you want to buy tasteless, skin on, $30/pound junk — never again, says me.
We have bought smoked salmon from amazon before and have been very pleased - not this brand, however.. But to be quite frank: this was the WORST purchase we have made. Right out of their packaging, it crumbled, broke apart and had NO taste - tuna out of the can would have been more flavorful. We had to pitch over a third of the package as the salmon was covered in non-edible skin—(didn’t have to do that with another brand). Anyway — save your money. This brand ain’t worth the cash

Got cooked and not smoked salmon. Arrived crumbled on top of it

We love it!
We eat it regularly and reorder regularly. We love it! The price is reasonable, and we usually get two meals out of one filet. My favorites are Fairhaven's smoked salmon chowder and the smoked salmon alfredo.

Excellent fish!
Tasty salmon and enough to make appetizers for Christmas! Really great on cucumber slices with a dill sauce! Wonderful flavor!

Great taste
The salmon arrived well packaged and was in perfect condition. We were very pleased with the taste. We will order more in the future.

Delicious
The smoked sockeye was moist, a little sweet and Smokey. I served it at a potluck and it was the most popular dish there.

Not very firm
This is more like lox than kippered (hot smoked) salmon filet. I'd rather have something less mushy. The flavor was still quite good.
