Excellent for the price.
Difficult to remove the old ink pad and installing the new pad without getting your hand full of ink. No clear instructions on removing the old and installing the new pad replacement.

Effective product
These refill pads are for a stamper to write over names and addresses in unwanted mail. I use this on a daily basis rather than my shredder. Those unwanted address labels can be stamped but cannot go in a shredder because of the adhesive back. It's a quick and efficient system. I do feel that the refills are a bit pricey, however.
