Dash Mount Cell Phone Holder for Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU (2011-2018) with 2 Ball Mounts for GoPro Camera and GPS Navigation with iPhone and Android Smartphones – Heavy Duty Carbon Fiber/Kevlar Arm

I usually use the scosche magic mounts but the wrangler doesn’t have a good spot to mount on the dash. This is the perfect solution for adding a magnetic mount without blocking stereo or climate controls. I installed this in about 30 minutes but could have been faster if I didn’t modify the rubber insert to fit back into the dash hole. I had to fit it and cut it perfectly so that it finished off nice with this modification installed. I didn’t not have to modify the part itself. This was just something I wanted reinstalled. The mount just calls to remove and leave it out. I didn’t use their magnetic plate that attaches to the phone itself because I already have the scosche plate on my device for my other vehicles. I can’t attest to the plate adhesion. I can say that the adhesive tape on the mount that goes in the dash doesn’t seem great, but being attached with the dash screw, it will probably never move. Overall great product.

Easy to install, quality product. Magnet is strong enough to off road with IF and only if it is installed on the outermost surface of the phone. The carbon fiber looks stunning and the go-pro mount facilitates steady video. The bottle opener bullet is a cool nick knack that i plan to keep around the house. The only downside is that the double sided tape is not the easiest to adhere. It may have something to do with the location or the tap its-self. I suspect this will be in my jeep for many years to come and when it wears out i plan o purchasing another one!

Easy install. The base of the mount seems to be pretty solid. After a couple weeks of use I am a bit worried about the arm staying positioned properly. I have tightened it down only to have it drop when I hit a pretty decent bump. So, I tightened it as tight as I could and so far it is staying put. I am a big fan of RAM mounts. May look at changing this arm to a RAM. Could add a second metal plate for those with more than one device (not a big deal). Magnet seems to do alright so far. Probably wouldn't hurt to be a bit stronger. I will hopefully test it off road soon. Phone is a OnePlus 6T, not super heavy. I would buy it again. I don't think you will find a better option.

Very similar to 67 designs however the mag mount is very weak and doesn't hold my Samsung note 9 with a case at all. I returned this and ordered the regular clamp mount instead. Nevertheless quality is as good as 67 designs but this is much cheaper.

At first, I really liked this addition to my Jeep Wrangler, but after what has been only a couple months the magnet is losing power and I find the phone dropping most of the time on paved roads. I live in Phoenix so we don't have any chuckholes and the roads are in great shape. Unless the summer heat may be affecting the magnet I can't think of anything else that would be causing it. And like I said it was working great for the first month.

Love the magnetic feature for the phone. Very easy to place and take off. The phone holds strong, and comes off easy. And the gopro side sits the camera at a great angle. No more fiddling with my phone, since I got a gopro hero7 silver as well.

Perfect for the jeep (I know it's made for it). Finally got a phone holder and it's awesome. Easy to look at for gps and can move it to where you want it.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the product but it should be noted that the Customer Service is exceptional! I had an issue where the GoPro mount broke. I emailed support and within 7 minutes I got a response and had replacement part sent out immediately. They also threw in some goodies and even the universal phone mount. With the magnet mount, I had the phone fall off but you need to hit a big bump. I love where the phone sits where it is easy to reach and see while driving. I highly recommend this product!
