Dibella Biscotti Cookies – Authentic Italian Biscotti, Chocolate Walnut, 6-Count – Gourmet Cantuccini Biscotti – Rich Flavor – Crunchy Outside with Silky Middle – Classic Italian Biscotti

Biscotti by definition are twice baked and crisp. These are too soft and crumbly to meet that definition. I personally found them to be too sweet which is not surprising because they contain 8 grams of added sugar (about 40 calories.). The writing on the package indicates that the recioe has been handed diwn for 100 years but I doubt that such enriched white flour and additives were available100 years ago. Unfortunately there is a no return policy for this item. To see if my reaction was too critical I offered one to a friens without comment. She took one bite and said "Wow, too soft for a biscotti."

Initially found these on QVC and fell in love....and bought as much as I could at a time.....gifted them to friends and family and turned them into "addicts" as well......but this package was lacking in flavor....can't figure our why as they're not past the date. I've also tried contacting them to purchase directly but they don't respond......BUT I wish them the best and want them to continue to stay in business so I'm just hoping they catch this review so they can do whatever to see what was off with my particular box....and to improve their customer service....THANK YOU for your wonderful product.

These are the best biscotti I've ever had. Soft but crunchy. My review is reduced to three stars because the two boxes I bought came in a mailing bag - not a box - and left the cookies all broken. If I had been a store wanting to put these out for customers, or was planning to use them with guests, I would have been very upset. Luckily, they're just for my personal use, but the shipping package made no sense!

I have a cup of tea and a Biscotti every night...my favorite flavor is cranberry & pistachio! These biscotti's were very good and I would order again as my "Good Night" treat! If I had any complaint/suggestion would be to have larger boxes of the item....8 biscotti is only one weeks worh of treats!!!

I had hope that this would be a hard cookie style. They are light and airy and almost "frothy". Taste is good but just my preferred style of biscotti. They don't stand up to much a dunk and will fall apart if you are not careful. They come individually wrapped which is a nice touch.

I am writing a review for this Dibella purchase, but there are easily a dozen more in my Amazon account. Dibella Biscotti is simply the best. I didn’t know biscotti was an everyday essential until I found these. The flavors are wonderful, and they aren’t too hard — I don’t worry that I’ll be rushing to the dentist when I bite down on one. There are cheaper products, but they aren’t even in the same ballpark.

These were too soft and crumbly, every single one the the three different flavors we ordered were broken in the same spot. The flavors weren’t I,pressive. I’m sticking with the large containers of nonni’s, a much better value, flavor, condition. Don’t waste your money these are gross.

The blueberry lemon biscotti was a bit bland. It's just okay for the high price. The biscotti itself has a nice texture. The lemon has a nice crisp lemon flavor. The blueberries have no flavor at all. In fact if I had my eyes closed and was tasting it for the first time I would not know that there were blueberries in the biscotti. That being said, DiBella typically makes a pretty good biscotti.

Good flavor but most were broken within individual packaging. Still overall a good value with nice taste.
