Good coloration!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this specific color for my friend’s 21st cake and it came out so good! I will say that I think I could taste some bitterness from the amount I added to get the color I wanted, but it all worked out fine it the end! Tasted great and everyone loved it!

Great pigment!
I decorate cakes very often and black tends to be the color that is most difficult because it takes A LOT of colorant to get the right shade. This one is not nearly as bitter as ones I have used in the past. I no longer have to buy multiple little bottles of gel food coloring! The size of the bottle is perfect it's a great amount of product without the super bitter taste. Would recommend!

Great quality
Although it can stain your clothes and skin easily, this colorant is great, I feel I didn’t have to use a lot to turn my white whipped cream frosting black. I did put cocoa powder in the white frosting before adding the colorant so that it was easier to darken. I didn’t think the flavor was affected by the colorant either.

A very little of this coloring product goes a long, long way. Use sparingly. I was worried about it imparting an off flavor, but I could not detect any flavor in my icings from having added it.
