Wel Pac Lo Mein Egg Noodles, 10 Ounce (Pack of 6)

At a dollar per serving this costs 3 times as much as basic ramen but it has a nice tooth feel and does not get as mushy with a longer cooking/soaking period. No frying oils to become rancid so shelf life is years long. Without the kinks in typical ramen, these noodles slip off a fork or spoon easily but it is easy to adjust to this difference. These bundles also take up less shelf space in the pantry.

I LOVE the Wel Pac Lo Mein Noodles. I made Vegetable Chow Mein today using the noodles and they were absolutely delicious. I only boiled them for 2 minutes because I also stir fried them to make the chow mein. The noodles come in a 6 pack. However, when you open each pack, they are packaged in sets of three (3). The portions are very generous and one pack can easily serve a family of 4. When cooked, they are a nice texture and have a good flavor that works well with any Asian dish. I would buy the Wel Pac Lo Mein Noodles again without hesitation.

This evening I made the best beef Lo Mein I have eaten anywhere using these noodles. They are now a staple for me.

Cooked 2 nights ago with shrimp and made a spicy sauce. Excellent taste but made too much. Ate the left overs cold last night just to see how it would taste - excellent again!!!! Think it has something to do with them being egg white based. Good value for price as long as you are a Prime member.

These are PERFECT and exactly the same as our favorite take out joint when we order Chicken Lo Mein. Made in Australia, go figure!They cook super fast, just follow the instructions on the bag.
