I have an moronic wrist BP monitor and would like a new monitor without bluetooth.

Hello. Thank you for your question. You may wish to consider an upper arm cuff as they are interchangeable according to size. They may be purchased separately. I am unaware of an Omron wrist product in a larger than standard size.
