Q: Can I use these for lip gloss coloring?

No! if you want to color lip gloss or makeup use mica powder pigments only!

Q: Are these alcohol inks?

These are not alcohol inks. They are a liquid dye to color the epoxy.

Q: Can you use these with soap making?

I would not recommend this as these are dyes and will stain your hands severely. You would want to use something non staining and probably water soluble... These are alcohol based and are meant to be permanent colors in epoxy resin. I recommend doing a Google search for soap making colors.... Or such.
