Cleaning adapters for Canon, HP, Epson Expression Premium (XP) and Brother INKvestment Printers

It worked as intended until the tube got stuck on the ink opening !! I had to cut it off !

Worked fine but the instructions were a little vague and the kit didn't include a syringe. Fortunately I had one and was able to adapt it to this tubing. I used it with the Magic Bullet cleaner (from another vendor) and it unstuck an XP800. The instructions say to 'place adapter onto the printhead'. Letting the solution passively go into the print mechanism was unsuccessful after 3 tries and an overnight soaking. The instructions should say 'press down firmly on the adapter so it seals against the mechanism. Inject using moderate pressure to unstick stubborn clogs.'I don't know what the 2 green rings and red cap do for you.

The product does what is made to do, which is to help clean an overly funky print head. My printer gave me it's end of life message, indicating that the waste ink pad was out of service, after which my printer ceased to operate, I found a video for fixing that, along with another video about cleaning my print heads. I was able to buy and replace the waste ink unit and reset my printer, after which this product helped me clean the print heads. My printer is now like new once again.

This is a "hail Mary" product. If you think it will help, you'll give it a try. The cleaning solution provided (in their larger kit) won't even soften the ink you get on your fingers. Just dish soap. probably. Anyway, you'll need the larger kit to use the adaptors and hose in this kit, so do ALL the math - you'll need more than this to even try anything. If you care to... Because, frankly, if you can't clean your printer and get it working using the owner's manual and youtube videos, this probably won't do much except waste your time and money. Ask me how I know. Gave it several tries; worked out that it's not a "one size fits all" solution (we have other printers); and decided I'd been a fool to even try. These plastic printers are cheap and easy to replace - use that knowledge to your advantage. This effort was about as bright as me changing the oil in my car myself... It's not easy, not mess free, and not worth it.

Worked (got the print head unclogged), but was not a tight fit so it did leak somewhat. A tight fit and I could have left it on for a longer time (an hour or overnight) had the clog been very stubborn. That said, it did fit close enough that I could push down on the syringe and put some pressure on the cleaning fluid to help slush things out. Tad messy, but it worked.

Works well and seals good. Cleared clogged printer heads with a solution of 4 parts Windex to 1 part 70% alcohol

I used this on my HP 3520 after trying various other remedies found on YouTube. This was my last ditch effort before giving up and replacing the machine. This worked like a charm on the first try. The real gem of the treatment is the little green caps that fit onto the ink heads. They alllw you to squirt the solution into the assembly (using a syringe I already had) with enough force to clear a blockage. Printer/copier works great now. I’m happy. Thank you for this simple product!

This is the third time I have use Printhead Hospital, and all three have been very successful. The adapters fit perfectly and the instructions are crystal clear. The results are great.

I was having trouble printing with my Epson XP-630. This cleaning kit and the Printhead Hospital Cleaning Fluid cleaned the printhead like new. Great product!

A bit expensive and the unit has to be held down tightly when applying cleaner. Unfortunatelythe cleaner did not solve my print head problem. After several attemps there was no changeand used up all my spare ink doing nozzle tests.

A functional,but rather expensive over-rated bit of plastic that is greatly over priced on ALL online shopping sites.At best this this is worth £2.50( Highly Unlikely you will use All items in Kit)

Followed instructions realised hadn’t bought the green square head ordered that and when received carried out instructions worked really well printer back up running ok

The product worked fine. However, the ad upon which I based the original order gave me the impression that it included the adapter needed for the Epson Expression xp-850 and other machines just like it. I was required to order the adapter,. which served to keep the printer inoperable for a few days longer. The actual cleaning process worked like a charm, however.
