Briggs & Stratton 193807GS Pump Seal Set for Pressure Washers

Repaired my pressure washer works great.

These were a bit overpriced for a bunch of washers and gaskets. My unit still leaked after installing as described. Now in all fairness maybe I did something wrong. It was not as fool proof as I would have hoped.

Worked on my 7HP/2900 PSI Craftsman. Needs instructions. Used blue loctite and tightened all the main screws to 10 ft/lb. soak all o-rings/seals in pump oil during assembly. Used 5.2 Ounces of 75W/90 Royal purple gear oil in the pump. Works great now, no oil or water leaks.

An instruction sheet or detailed assembly drawing would be nice. Otherwise fit with no problems and had all necessary parts. The photo that depicts the parts included does not show the lone o-ring but it is included.

This kit is a quality item and has all the parts required to replace the seals. The seals did not correct the problem so I then installed new check valves. The leak is much better but the problem is not really fixed after spending over $80.00. I recently found a new replacement pump for $145.00 including shipping which seems a much better buy unless you are absolutly sure what is wrong with your existing pump.

Not one piece of the kit worked. Did not fit and was exactly the right number kit that was supposed to be ordered. I am so tired of ordering products that are not right. I just said the heck with it and did not even go to the trouble to return it.
