Great Italian egg noodles
These noodles were a great addition to homemade chicken noodle soup. Cooked quickly with a tasty al dente texture. Was a bit of a splurge, but definitely worth it.

A great noodle! Soaked up thick sauce, didn't get mushy.
Just had these tonite in a crawfish, shrimp, mushroom cream sauce w/white pepper, cayenne, and Hungarian paprika. It was fantastic.The cream was about 2/3 heavy cream with 1/3 Lactaid milk. The noodles soaked it right up and became thick, tasty sauce-suckers but didn't feel soggy themselves. So easy to stab a noodle then a tail or shrimp. Despite putting on quite a bit of sauce, there was almost not enough to dip the crusty garlic bread in.When you get a noodle that can absorb a thick sauce w/o becoming mushy or soggy, it's a keeper. Pasta arrived broken into small pieces.
I love this pasta and can not buy it in the small town we live in. This arrived broken into small pieces and I am not sure that I will even cook it.
