Time will tell this replaced my old nutri ninja blender blade of almost 5years, 2-gaskets included I noticed first couple uses the lid could cross tread if you're in a hurry. Also blender blade threads seem just a bit of center when attaching jug maybe something in the molding process. I use it 4-6 times a week protein shakes n smoothies the other thing I noticed when pushing jug n blender blade down into mixer really tight at times heck can't complain so far so good

Fits and works well
My daughter asked me to order this so we could make smoothies and shakes together without having to share the blade piece since our set only came with one. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and sharpness of the blades as well as the fit of the part. Additionally, the extra seal is a nice touch Incase we need it. We hand wash our Ninja items, but if you use a dishwasher, seals can get dry or damaged, so there is an extra.

After about 12 uses I finally threw it away.
UPDATE: I threw it away. After about 12 uses I could not get it to make a good seal. It just made a mess. Don’t waste your money.The threading seems to be off just a little. It is kind of tricky when tightening it. Sometimes it keeps turning so I have to remove it and try to tighten it again.

Worked for a while
It worked fine for about a month of daily use, but after that it seems like the bearing inside broke open and was leaking grease into the contents of the cup.It also made the blender very loud and sound like it was straining the motor when I use this blade. I don’t have that problem with the original equipment blade from ninja.I would go with a blade that is from ninja officially, because the original blade I have had for years is still working great, even after daily use for years.
