I ordered this watch as a Christmas present for my daughter. Upon checking various watches I determined that this watch was the best in my opinion for what I was looking for, i.e., style and cost. A lot of watches I viewed that was listed as 'black hills gold' did not compare to this. I placed the order and received the product very quickly, within a week, with no shipping issues. Upon opening the package to view the watch I was just amazed. The picture shows the details but no where in comparison to the actual watch. The intricate detail is amazing. I did return the watch to have extra links added. I was in contact with the company in regards to how to handle the return and work that was needed. They were very professional and completed the task in a very timely manner and shipped the watch back to me. Upon inspection the additional links were unnoticeable and no damage to the watch. I would highly recommend using Landstroms for any of your 'black hills gold' wants or needs.

A perfect gift.

My wife was a happy camper when she got this for Christmas. We saw the watch while in the Black Hills. I steered her away from it because I knew I wanted to give it to her for Christmas. We did get her another Landstroms bracelet.

Purchased this wristwatch as a college graduation gift for my daughter. Good dial size; beautifully hand crafted and elegant. And reasonably priced.

SHe loves it!!! and it keeps on ticking!!She wears it very day. I buy her Black hills gold for all her gifts.

For the money it only lasted a day and the face come off, would not buy another. I love black hills gold but not worth the money when it brakes the second day.
