Nearly professional set! SO HAPPY
I was shopping for a budget set of half pan watercolors and this case caught my attention. I saw that it included 36 colors and was skeptical about the quality, but the seller had a return guarantee so I figured why not? I've tried a lot of cheap sets and some mid grade paints and haven't found a favorite up to this point... Until I tried these.Fclub watercolors are utterly FABULOUS! Im completely happy with these paints and very curious what company made them. So 5 stars for the low cost & a great productThank you FCLUB for such a lovely affordable set!Pros:saturated beautiful colors.quick activating timesilky smooth (I love whirling the tip of my brush around in the pans of colors)Pigments are richNo chalky finishcomes with a ton of magnets (80 i believe) to organize your pans to the tinwashes are seemlesswet in wet color spreads/blooms are lovelya great variety of colors that anyone can work with and or personalizeI am tickled pink each time i go to use them, its like magic time begins. The lid of the tin makes for a nice mixing pallet because the surface pools the paint instead of it beading up.Cons:No color chart and swatch is a glossy card that one cannot use paints onthe tin is just a tin. the lid is separate from the base...but really, its not a big deal and its super cute.I noticed that a couple of the paints are loose and fall from the pans but should stay put after some use (watery paint may stick to plastic pans in time?) whatever lol. they're still awesome.I found 5 color repeats, so you get a few extras of the same colors (black, white, ultramarine blue i think, burnt umber, and yellow ochre)

beautiful colors at very affordable price
I am impressed by the 36 half pans coming with this really cute metal container. First of all, the magnets really stick to the pans and hold them securely in the container. Second, the colors are vibrant and cover a good range (one of them even has a lovely hue of lavender). Third, the cakes of colors are easily moistened for painting.I bought a similar container in the past and costed about $13. So for less than $10, I think these colors are a steal and good quality.Of course, they are not top notch like known brands and most of them are semi-opaque. But they are good for beginners or hobbyists.

Beautiful colors
These seem to be very nice paints only thing is they were all mixed up and I had to figure out the colors but other than that I’m looking forward to using them

Perfect watercolors.
This is my first real set of water colors. I've always used the basic Crayola tray you can get for a dollar. Wow! Just WOW! The difference in quality is amazing. Firstly the pigment in these pans is ample and of very good quality. Secondly the magnets included for holding the pans into place on the tin tray are so handy and thoughtful. Third this pigment saturates the brush and I can control it unlike the cheap stuff that just kinda melts away like a soggy antacid and doesn't really do what I want. I will never go back to the basic tray. This is a perfect pallette. I will certainly buy again.

Too many issues with these paints.
First of all, the pans are not magnetized. When I first got the set and I tried to pry the lid off of the tin, paints Went flying everywhere when it came off. And a few of the cakes of paint came out of the pans. There were no magnets included in the package. This was not a good first impression. Then I tried the paints. These paints are heavily granulating, and not in a great way. Even the included swatch card is lame. The paper is not the right type and it makes the colors look even worse on the paper than they do in person. Also, the squares don’t line up with the pans so you have to look at the swatch and then figure out where it might be in the tin because they don’t line up. All in all, Then, as others have noted, you’ve got some duplicate colors. it’s just not a great set. I would go with the lightwish pretty excellent paints over these in a heartbeat. The only thing this set has going for it is a pretty tin.

Value for your money.
Great container. Paints are lovey and are more than adequate for sketching. I am very impressed with the paint quality. These are prettier when dry than more expensive company sets. I reach for these more than other sets because they are so fun to use. Very pretty. Beautiful! Loved them so much I bought another set. The price is great. Would love the option to select the tin instead of getting a huge collection of starry night tins.

Please read this before you consider purchasingg it.
After reading all of the positive reviews I got impression that this was a quality paint at a low price.... To save you reading all what I have to say it's not and if you buy it you'll be disappointed. For those of you that likes to know more...The paints came unsecured in the tin. They were not magnetize, as described, and spilled out of its case. Once I started to paint with them I I quickly noticed an accumulation of paint debris "floaters" in the rinse water I was using while pai ting. I have never experienced this sort of thing before. After my painting dried I noticed the paint dried in cracked and fractured formations. The paints do not blend well at all. Also I'd like to mention this "assorted color" set has 5 pairs of the same color. Overall, these paints are awful. You can get better quality buying student or child grade paints at your local chain craft store.

Love them!!!
You made an excellent pallet of paint!!!! I have a bigger I use at my painting table that I am still working on getting all the proper colors in but I am handicapped and am thrilled there are as many colors as I can possably need and move from place to place with me. I do have one wish...I wish the swatch card was on a paper I can't use. Its too smooth and the paint won't lay properly. I am going to have to make a copy of it on better paper so I can swatch. But I still felt you deserved the 5 stars all the way. I'll admit I am new to watercolors and I want to thank you for marking the colors on the Amazon ad...that almost overides the paper situation. I have a feeling I am going to love this!!!! I can't wait to get my morning chores out of the way so I can swatch it out!!!!! Thank you for making such a beautiful, afordable set!!!!!
