365 by Whole Foods Market, Cornbread & Muffin Mix, 15 Ounce

Making cornbread is not that hard. Still, this makes it super easy. It tastes good, too. Not too sweet, but tasty. I’ve bought it twice when I’m trying to hit the $25 limit for next day shipping.

This was super yummy and double the size of a jiffy mix, but it's pretty overpriced for its flavor. Don't get wrong, it's good. It's just whole foods market expensive.

We decided to try the top 2 rated mixes on Amazon. First was the Whole Foods Market brand. The directions caught me by surprise as they are for the whole box at one time. It was quite a lot for 2 people. The texture was smooth and the flavor much more subtle than the type we are used to eating. If you like an almost cake like texture this would be for you. It was decent and the cost ($2.99) was not bad. The mix calls for eggs, milk and oil- so have those on hand when you get ready to make it. Overall a good product.

Moisture level is good, it's not overly sweet, but kind of tasteless.

Great cornbread mix. Seems kind of expensive since you still have to add milk, eggs, and oil. It only makes a small pan, only 9 x 9, but it is convenient. Our favorite was always Marie Callenders where you only add water. You should probably try both and see which you like best.
