I used these "CrazyFox hand grips" for weight training, and the grip provided a certain level of comfort to my hands. I was able to lift heavy with a little bit more ease. There were certain exercises I felt I had little control over the barbell with the hand grips. The wrist straps should be a bit wider for support of the wrists. Overall, I would rate this product a 3.5/5. It does the job to an extent.

Have been using it for a couple weeks now, works fine, definitely helps with blisters and hand rips. However, i do have one small complaint, i thought the description said size small fits palm up to 4 inches, my palm is exactly 4 inches and the small feels slightly tight. Today i went back and looked now the picture says small fits up to 3.75 inches. Not sure if i remembered it wrong or description was changed since my purchase. 🤔

Buy them!!!!!!!!!These are the best grips ever! Literally have tried so many brands I have tiny hands and I cant have a thick grip or else I cant even get a grip on the bar hence why I've been through the block. I have had these for 2 months, they broke in after one use, I've never torn with them I'm so freaking happy. They will be worth it!!

I liked the minimalism of the grips -- they let my hands breathe and avoid getting sweaty. I've been using them for a few months on a knurled pull up bar and they work great. I can get them on and off easily. The material is stiff at first and starts to flex a bit more over time.The pad surface slides on metal very easily so they work great on a pull up bar. I don't know if I would use them in some other exercises where I wanted to ensure something didn't slip out of my hands.

Took 2 times on the bar to break in but ever since they have been rock solid. Great grip, comfortable and well worth the buy.
