Position your food (even as far as possible) evenly on the grill spit and slide the balancing weight over the spit rod (do not screw it tight yet!). Here it does not matter whether the balance weight inside or outside the cooking chamber should turn. Now place the spit rod and grill food (roast, chicken, etc.) on your skewer (for example, notching the side walls of the gas grill). In the event of imbalance, you will observe that the side with the greatest imbalance will turn down .Step 2. Set the balance weight vertically upwards (opposite to the imbalance).Step 3. Fix the balance weight by turning the L-bar .Step 4. Depending on the amount of imbalance, push the weight along the L-bar and fix it in such a way that the unbalance of the food is balanced by means of the balance weight.The bearing can be mounted on the opposite side of the motor to the skewer bar, so that the camp runs instead of the spit rod in the notch of the side wall.
