A little on the thin side. They say it's 7mm, but felt nothing like the other knee sleeves. Also not as supportive as my past knee sleeves. The seams on other sleeves tended to help support the ligaments on my knees, not so on this one. They look cool, which is what I think they were looking for, rather than something that functions well. My knees hurt in each of my workouts using these things.Update: The company reached out to me and the pair I originally bought was replaced. I really didn't expect them to do that. The new pair was stiffer and supported my knees better. I worked out with them yesterday and they held up well. Having a knee injury years ago, my right knee is injury prone. Having great knee sleeves is important. Thank you AEOLOS!

Bought these to squat and do more leg exercises. As I am now nearing my late 30's my knees have been making strange cracking and old creaking door noises along with some discomfort once in a while. Read about sleeves helping to avoid injuries so I went out to Walmart to grab a pair and found they were $19 EACH. So a PAIR like these (that look cool) and is NOT intended for senior citizens in the same aisle as walkers and canes at Walmart are a steal at this price.Great quality, sturdy, stitching looks like it will hold up. Not too tight and not too loose, but keeps everything snug (I wear compression tights and these go over). Hope this helped, remember to buy bitcoin.

A quality product.Nice support and fit pretty well. I've been training for over 10 years and have tried a lot of different products but these do what they claim. One word of advice, when it comes a question of size, always go smaller instead of larger.

This is my second or third set of Knee sleeves. I had a really good set of Bear something but they are no longer in business and i lost one. I spent about an hour looking at different products and came across these. For one, I think they run a little on the bigger size, I got a Large and exchanged for Medium. After using the mediums for a few days. They are comfortable so no complaint there, however they are not as tight around the areas I need them to be. The are not loose but dont hug as tight as I need them to. For $20 I'm happy with them, but I wouldn't mind spending a bit more to get a superior product, if one exists.

I do crossfit and often have knee pain. I'm bought these to hopefully help support them better. So far they seem to help, they're comfortable, and the design is pretty cool. And I have everyone asking where I got them. Overall pleased!

I really enjoy this product. I wouldn't say I am an expert in weightlifting or anything but definitely a great product to have for your average/above average gym goers. The knee sleeve provide solid support along with warmth (especially nice as winter is coming) without being restricting in your movements. Along with that, customer service is amazing! They are extremely helpful and very quick to respond with my questions. I would recommend a size down if you are close to in between sizes especially if you are looking for support. Thanks!

These feel more durable than my more expensive sleeves I’ve had in the past. They look neat. And feel comfortable. They fit a little more loose than I’d like. I’m 185 pounds 6 foot one. With decent sized quads and the mediums are just a little too big for my tastes. But I’m picky and probably like mine tighter than others.

I originally purchase a size too big and went with the large cause i was right in the middle on the size chart. After returning and getting the medium, very quickly i might add, I’m definitely impressed with the quality given the price. After my first squat session i def felt like i got all the support i had been needing.
