Great room toe box, heel cup & support. Poor cushion in front, and logo design too big, fair to poor shoelaces
Love the wide toe box, the narrow heel to keep from slipping. The heel support feels like a cup and hugs my heels which helps me with stability. I imagine people with ankle difficulties would appreciate this value. This is my first time buying the Inov-8 brand. For the most part I am happy with the fit & low-key style. The reason I did not rate at 5 stars is because the lack of cushion in the front. However, support is excellent in the heel. I may add a different insole to compensate. Also, I did not like the branding that was splattered across the front but I knew this before I bought it and will black it out. I feel if I am sporting a brand's logo I should be compensated for advertisement. I won't advertise for free. The shoe laces could be better quality as well, they were very thin & flimsy. Otherwise I'm still happy enough to give these shoes a full round of wear & tear because of my initial comment above. Price wise, I would not pay full price ($120 range), but will purchase this Inov-8 brand if its $95 or less. Soloman brand has been my go-to and Inov-8 are comparable to them but not price wise. Soloman's are worth their cost. Fit as expected. I wear an 8 in athletic shoes, I have somewhat narrow feet and purchased an 8 regular in these & the fit was on point.

great workout shoes
I took a chance on these -- a girl in my workout class had a pair on and she recommended them. I could tell my old ones were not holding up to more intense workouts - I felt like my ankle was not planted with my movements, if that makes sense. I wasn't sure about the fit of these at first since they are wider than most athletic shoes, but I wore them to my last class and LOVE them! They offered more support and stability in the right places and my feet didn't feel like my foot and ankles moved around all over the place. Highly recommend them! I wear anywhere from a 5-6 in most shoes, and I generally wear a 6 in athletic shoes and these fit like they are supposed to.

Best shoes for running Agility
These arrived last Thursday, April 30th. I put them on and wore them to agility class that evening....they felt good. I went ahead and wore them on Friday to the first of a 3 day dog agility trial....where I would be running my dog AND working classes....lots of standing, walking and running. I took a back up pair of shoes...just in case. I wore these all 3 days and was totally amazed that I was relatively pain free in my feet by the end of the weekend. I love these shoes. The grass was a bit slick in the am from the dew....I never slipped once. They are...to date...the best shoes I have found for running agility in. Love them.

New Favorite Shoe
This shoe is awesome. I bought these with the intention of having a better lifting shoe than chucks. What I have ended up with is a pair of great all around shoes. These are not designed as a running shoe, and have very little cushion for such impact. However, I found these to be quite comfortable during a 5k run on a partial dirt/partial concrete path. I would not run any farther than that. The inside of the shoe fits interestingly well. The toe box is roomy, but not floppy loose. The arch does not have significant support, but feels as though there is a stabilizing raised area that sits behind the arch, where it meets the heel. I found that this not only corrects my supination to a degree, but also makes for a much more stable shoe that does not rock from side to side easily.I'm definitely going to invest in more Inov8 shoes, starting with their running shoes.

Cross-training/lifting shoe hybrid – Pretty happy overall
I use these for strength and circuit training workouts. As someone who had been using running shoes for this type of workout, I was pleasantly surprised with the improvement I noticed in my form and positioning. These help me feel rooted to the floor and more stable during shoulder presses, squats, etc. They do not seem to be great for plyo exercises like jump squats or jumping jacks, but it might just seem like that to me because I'm used to super cushy running shoes. It's not really a big deal though b/c I can always switch shoes if I'm going to be doing a plyo workout, b/c in that case, it'd be more of a circuit and less of a heavy lifting session.Size wise, they seem to run small. I first ordered a 10.5 which is my typical athletic shoe size (1/2 size up from my daily/street shoe) but they were tight in the toes. I went up to an 11 and they have plenty of room. They almost seemed a little too loose at first, but I tied them snugly and they were just right. They allow my feet to 'splay' naturally, which is what you want when strength training. They were great for kettlebell swings too. I felt a lot more connected with the floor (I'm not comfy doing KB exercises barefoot yet) and I felt like I was firing the intended muscles a bit better. All in all, I'm pretty happy with these. I essentially wanted a cross-training/lifting shoe hybrid and I feel like that's what I got.

Love Inov8's
I love Inov8 sneakers. This is the fourth pair I've purchased so far. This particular style fits true to size with a wide toe. The heel is perfect for lifting as well as any high impact training. These also provide great arch support. Overall a great sneaker. The only complaint I have are the laces. They come apart if you don't use a double knot. Besides that these are awesome. Seller was fantastic and I actually received them two days before the given delivery date. Would highly recommend purchasing these from this seller.

Super Comfy but not super supportive for Hiit/Crossfit :)
I bought these for my Crossfit/Hiit classes and initially I loved them. I sized up a half size on recommendation. I found after a bit of time, I was better off with Nike Metcons because the soles on these are super super bendy and don't have any kind of padding *at* all. Which is totally fine if you're just straight up lifting! I just wish they were a little firmer to provide more adequate lateral support. If you need a pair of lifting sneakers these are light and comfortable! But you might want a firmer sole if you're going to be doing plyo-box jumps etc :) I wear these on days I go to the gym and am simply going to lift. Otherwise, you might need more!

Good flat shoes for weight lifting.
I bought these training shoes to use for weightlifting training. They are great as they are nice and flat and have a slight grip on my heels when lifting. However, most of the previous reviews suggested buying a half size up as they were coming up rather small. So I did, but to be honest I should have stuck to my normal size as they are now slightly too big, but at least they still give my feet the support needed.

Good training shoe
Good training shoe. Used for crossfit, not great for running but as I expected for a cross training shoe. Note some sized have a wider toe box, a bit to wide for my feet but probably should have gone for a narrower size. Been getting hard wear for several months and no signing of falling apart at the seams.

True to size and a great fit, especially if your feet are a bit wide.
I'm actually a UK size 3.5 but ordered this in a 4 as I get most of my shoes in a 4. I also have quite wide feet. These shoes are a brilliant fit for me. Roomy and comfortable in the toe-box and no 'slipping' at the heel. Brilliant pair of shoes for gym work and weight-training.

Fabulous!
Love this shoe. Great fit very comfortable. I have quite awkward feet 😣 therefore I need good support. Toe box space is awesome for freedom to move while the heel of shoe still fits very well for weightlifting. Lots of comments about how nice they look and they were also great value for money! I'm going to buy another pair to put away for when these ones are worn.

The shoes are great and just what I was looking for
I bought a size 6, my standard, they were at least 1 size small. Changed the for a 7 but I could have gone .5 size up as well, although in terms of the cm the label says it is just as my standard running shoes. I kept them although I now regret. Going backwards and forwards having to pay postage on purchase and returns it is a big drawback. The shoes are great and just what I was looking for: 0 drop, wide toe box etx. so it is mainly the issue with the size
