Bought this last year and it has held up well in the blistering hot Arizona sun. So far this year it has held up as well, maybe I can get 3 years out of it. Happy that I will get 2 since nothing seems to be able to take the sun here for long before it deteriorates.

Good quality and size for the price. I wish it came in other colors, the reviews for the blue made it sound like a tarp, and the tan that I purchased was a warmer-tone than I'd prefer.
