I feel great on the inside when I take this vitamin. But I only take one a day Max. In my oppinion there is no need to take multiple in one day.Noticeable changes for me where1. Much Less stress/worrying and just calmer in day to day life (The benefit of stress vitamins)2. More energy/energized3. I just feel good on the inside. I can't really explain it. Probably because I was not getting the nutrients I needed from my diet. But after taking these over time I just feel healthier on the inside.Just make sure you drink lots of water and try to take this with food. And I recommend just one-a day. Don't overdo it.

So many mixed reviews on this supplement. I was hesitant to spend the money.Other popular extremely high cost supplements turned out to be failures. (BofN for example)For me however, this supplement has made a significant difference in just 1 week.I initially took the full 3 pill dose, but had to reduce to just 1 pill a day, which seems to be enough to have nice health improvement benefits without the major activity that isn't needed everyday. (You can guess).I will be using this product from now on. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks from not feeling hungry and just not eating as much. Not sure if it is the product providing this effect but it is a strange coincidence since its use. Very satisfied so far.Only 2 issues that I have come to have. The pill is large, but not crazy. I'm used to tablets like this. The taste is very Green....I mean, strong, kale/spinach green. I don't mind it, but some people really hate kale taste. Also, depending what you eat, I have had the need to be really close to a bathroom or else. I am older, so that could be the case, however, there is somewhat of a laxative nature to this supplement that will hit you. Beware when starting to use it.Excellent Product. These are worth the cost. I have some medical issues that cause some nutrient deficiencies and my hair falls out. I tried a couple other vitamins and I didn't notice any improvement with my hair loss I could run my hands through my hair and pull out hair, and when washing it I would be shocked at how much hair was coming out, it felt like entire sections of my hair was in my hands. We had to install hair catches in all the drains to prevent them from clogging, I was cleaning them out every three showers. After taking these for about 2 weeks I noticed my hair stopped falling out. If I miss a couple days because I didn't time my shipments right I would notice my hair shedding a lot more. These things are great, if I am noticing them help my hair I can imagine they are helping a lot more that I can't see. So, I will keep paying extra to have these delivered.They are large, in case anyone has any issues swallowing pills. I used to cut mine in half but they are sharp and occasionally I would find myself choking on them, so I highly suggest not cutting them.
