I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product.I was disappointed when I opened my package and my newborn insert looked dirty/stained. I am going to wash it and hopefully the spots come out. Other than that it is very soft and I would've been very pleased if it wasn't for the dirty spots. The dinosaur print is adorable and gender neutral.

Material is nice and soft. Fits well in our momaroo rocker but does not work well with our chicco keyfit 30. Over happy with the product.

I bought this to use on the 4moms Mamaroo and this is perfect for it. I have no complaints thus far my baby is comfy while in it, it's easy to wash and looks aesthetically pleasing 🙃. I'd buy again.

Regretted it the moment i opened the package. The packaging just cheap plastic bag, and I would not buy this if it's purchased as a gift for someone. The worse part is, the baby insert is dirty with spot stains. It also has fiber/stitch sticks out, which looks like cheaply made. I am definitely going to return it!

Just what I ordered. Love the little dinosaurs on it. Nice and soft. Can't wait to put my new great grandson in it.

I purchased this instead of the 4 moms brand and I’m extremely happy with my purchase it’s much thicker and seems to have better support, if it came in other color options i would purchase those as well.
