The packaging and the actual device looks very nice, it is feels sturdy. There are 3 different lights/modes and they all do different things. Very easy to use, slight warm sensation but not uncomfortable. I use the red light for 20 minutes and then the blue light for 20 minutes, three times a week.Easy to use and comfortable to wear.I like it!

Looked used when it showed up
This product showed up inside of two separate boxes and the inside product appeared dirty and used and all of the cords were not in the box. Very disappointed to pay this much for a product and have it show up looking like this. The user manual was dirty. Sending back going with a different product.

Won't stay in place for face.
This product, machine, needs stands to allow that it does not collapse on client's face. It does not stay up over the face. Does require stands on both sides. I can not use until I can find stands for it.

Highly recommend
Super easy to use and loved the packaging. I used the anti aging setting so far and felt a difference in my skin. I could feel a slight bit of heat but nothing too uncomfortable. The light is pretty bright so I appreciated that it came with eye protection. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for at home skin care regime. It's really easy to use.
