Easy to use
I have been looking for a journal/planner like this for a long time. I was a little nervous having ordered it in March for I was going to be missing out on basically three months of the book but it actually is set up so you can start it whenever during the year and still get a full years worth of use!

I'm Going to Get This Book for My Wife!
If you take time to take care of yourself you can take care of others and that's what this self-care planner does. My wife is a list and planner person. Her calendar is her daily guide. But she hardly ever plans moments for herself. This planner does just that.It offers a space to track daily tracking of your habits, moods, how much sleep you get, and the one I like best of all ... how grateful you are for people and things that happened in your life that day. My wife and I make small notes when a "grateful moment" happens in our lives. We put those notes in a jar and read them on New Years. Now, with this planner, she can also track her own secret "grateful moments" without my notice.It's never too late to begin taking care of your emotional and spiritual life. This book doesn't tell you HOW ... it simply provides the space for you to when you were up, down, didn't get enough sleep, didn't say thanks for a blessing .... It could be, by simply reviewing a few months, you'll detect those trigger moments that trip you and learn to avoid the downs so you can stay up.
