I don’t know what these bad reviews are talking about look at my pics!
I just purchased this futon and It did take a week to get shipped out because they are low on materials due to Covid. So this futon was made brand new. A lot of people keep saying there is a horrible chemical smell. That is the smell of something from a warehouse and it does go away after a day or two. I sprayed the mattress with lysol fabric spray and febreze and the smell was gone in a day. It is extremely comfortable and it is not as heavy as many of the reviews said. One person can open this mattress I am a woman 5’5” I had no problems. I fell asleep on it in less than 24 hrs the mattress looked full. Very comfortable I am satisfied.

It’s ok
Good for the price but not exactly what we expected. It’s not 10” thick, the cover is not removable to wash, and based on the description we thought it would be more comfortable.

After delays in shipping, wrong order arrived.
After a lot of delay messages from shipping this 10 inch grey futon finally arrived.Actually its not grey, it looks more red.I definitely did not order that color for a reason.So not only did it take a while to get here. Mow ive got a futon frame and a huge box taking up space in my room.Pretty much quite the opposite of a comforting purchase

Disappointed
I took a chance on this since I didn’t have a good place to get one locally and the other reviews were mixed. This will work, however it did not meet my expectations. While the cover is a 10” cover, the mattress inside does NOT full it out. I let it sit for over a week hoping it would fill out the cover and it never did. Maybe the products are inconsistent and sometimes they are better, leading to positive reviews. I wasn’t one of those lucky ones.

Sheeeesh this is a comfortable futon mattress right here 10 out of 10 would recommend only problem is it's a bit heavy for my futon frame but whatever

Not 10 inches thick or even close!!!!!!!
This is not even close to 10 inches thick!! I’d return it but that would be a large pain in the ass!!!! Do not but this!!!

I like this futon mattress but they send me a size smaller at first they did replace it but make sure you check the size

The futon mattress is great I wish it was available when I got the frame. Only one problem it had a place about 3inches long that I had to see back together.
