Flask is good. Spoon not suitable for left handed people
Keeps food warm for 4-5 hours, assuming it is boiling when it is put in. By lunch it is hot enough for a cold day. The spoon however has a major design flaw. Because it doesn't lock, it just folds in on itself when used by a left handed person -- and is very hard for an older person to use, even if they are right handed. It is surprising that the Termos team don't consider everyone that use this product. Unfortuately, this item was returned.
