Overall I've been very pleased with this kit. Lots of stuff, I really just needed a needle + thread to sew on a patch, but there's plenty of options and tools in this kit, doubt if I will ever need to buy anything else for sewing repairs in my lifetime. If you're not a hobbyist and just want something for simple repairs, this is a great kit at a reasonable price with pretty much anything you could ever want.

I would recommend this as a gift or for beginner. I used it to sew face masks for family and medical personnel and it was perfect. Everything is quality and nothing broke while in use.

My students love this set. It has come in handy many times with last minute issues as well as planned projects. Recommended to someone who has a smaller need.

I like the convenience of this kit. It has everything you need except I would caution on the use of the tape measure. It is off from USA standard measurements. The pins don't seem to hold up very well either. I didn't buy the kit for those things so while a bit disappointed I still feel this is a very useful kit.

I gave this to my daughter as a gift. She loved it/ I was amazed at the quality and all of the colors and accessories.

While I do have to admit the selection in this kit is super good, I can't say that this is a good product for every person. Now, while I say that, I have to admit that there is also a pretty big audience for this kit. Largely, if you are someone who is picking up the hobby of hand sewing, or if you need a sewing kit and are on the run a lot, this is a great product for you. The variety given in the pack is excellent, there are a lot of different threads, needles, and tools, all given a pretty good purpose with no wasted space. The only problem with giving such a large amount of products for such a cheap amount is that it kind of falters when it comes to the quality. Things like the scissors or some of the threads are either dull or rather fragile respectively. As these can be pretty big issues, if you are someone who already sews I would recommend sticking with things you own, or keeping a small amount of alternatives with you. The amount of things here is great however for new menders, the vast amount of thread gives someone just trying it a good assortment to practice new stitches, try contrasting seams, or just having extras on stand by. All in all it is a good starting kit, but by no means should it be given or bought by someone who is already very into sewing.

I enjoy using this kit. I am not a professional seamstress but I can hew, sew on a button and patch holes. Everything i need is in one little kit. Perfect.

Lovely item, just as described would definitely buy again. Or recommend to a friend everything that you need is in that little black zip up bag lovely selection of different coloured cottons scissors measuring tape needles, pins, pin cushion and lots more

I don’t know what the bad reviews are talking about - this is a detailed, fully equipped sewing kit that’s great for home use, travelling, crafts, and emergency repairs. Great to have in the laundry room.

Such a great little sewing/repair kit! It comes with everything needed to do every day repairs on clothes, toys etc and folds up neatly for storage. No complaints with this purchase!
