I don't really think it's worth $20: It's bulky underclothing, uncomfortable... and difficult to put on or take off...

I am 5’3” and 120lb. It seemed too small. I adjusted it as tight as possible and it still didn’t really seem to help pull back my shoulders. It instead was uncomfortable on my neck. It slides off easily and the only reason it would help with my posture is because the uncomfortable thing on my back would be a reminder rather than a help.
