I am an esthetician. This machine is amazing easy to use three levels that are perfectly set for each sensitive skin to thick skin. Portable comes with case for travel. Easy to clean. REFER TO YOUTUBE VIDEO TO PUT TOGETHER. Easy to assemble when you watch video. Extra filters and parts included which is a plus. I have a few other machine this one is the best so far. It has a blue light that stays on during treatment for anti-aging and doesn't bother clients it's actually pretty cool with the light it helps. I am in LOVE with this microdermabrasion machine. The price point is affordable. It’s super easy to use and pretty much foolproof. The suction is great. All of the attachments work great, and the diamond heads give great exfoliation. I am pleasantly surprised and I’ve shared it with a lot of people who have bought it as well.

Directions are absolutely horrible!! It was so difficult to put together. The fact that I had used the machine during school for esthetic training purposes, is the ONLY REASON I ‘sort of’ figured how it should be put together.... Certain parts almost seemed as if another language was translated to English?I think it works now, I might just have to Take it apart, and re-construct, again… However, this is the tool we used in school, it’s the least expensive way to go, without purchasing a very costly machine

the instructions are INCOMPREHENSIBLE! the enclosed pamphlet 'explains' HOW to assemble the individual pieces and the english is so cryptic i cant even understand how to assemble the device. if this is going to be sold in America, some one who KNOWS ENGLISH needs to edit/correct the entire booklet so that the buyer will understand how to put it together!!! this is a waste of my time and $!!!
