i have a turbo trainer at home (like a spinning bike or peloton but way cheaper), i used this to cover the floor so all my sweat does not goes to the carpet floor. its super easy to clean and very comfortable.my partner also uses it for her yoga and at times we end up fighting for it because its become an indispensable part of our lives.buying one for her so we can both be happy

This yoga mat has revolutionised my practice; it is soft and sturdy. I would recommend it for anyone and especially if you find lying on the floor uncomfortable.

Good quality mat, speedy delivery too.

Had this for a year now, thought it was comfy enough but it leaves little blue bits of foam absolutely everywhere through normal use.

I was initially quite happy with this because it met all my needs and was one of the cheaper thick mats available. However, after using it the first time, I realized that the mat sinks in a lot and doesn't really return to its original shape - i'm only 48KG and when I step on the mat, you can see visible footprints ! Don't think it's good quality.

il tappetino è di buona fattura e solido, ha anche le cinghie per riposizionarlo arrotolato , ma non è poi così antiscivolo ..
