Love this flat iron... Way better than the chi. My hair gets silky smooth when I'm done, and I have thick wavy hair.

This is a complete waste of money. I threw out box it came in before I tried it so I cannot return it. It doesn't work well at all. Sometimes you have to spend a little more money so you don't end up with this useless piece of junk.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I have THICK, curly hair that can be extremely difficult to manage most days. I use to spend an hour and a half a day (that includes drying and straightening). Even after all of that work my hair still started flipping and turning different directions within an hour, and it never looked healthy. I used this flat iron and got more than my desired results and it only took 25 minutes to completely straighten my hair! I was SO thrilled. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have used a CHI and Paul Mitchell flat iron both which cost over $100.00, and this worked just as well if not better. :)

Heats up quick! Easily straightens my thick hair and leaves a shine. Usually hair straightners do not last me over a year since I use it daily and I have had this one for almost 2!

My fav flat irons,ordering my 3rd pair because I get kind of careless with them after having them for so long I start to think they can withstand anything until it has that one really bad fall and the plate pops out😩

A friend had this and after using hers I decided to buy one for myself. It heats up super quick and I keep it at 300 degrees and feel like my hair is silky and soft after using it. I thought about buying the skinnier one after I received this but am liking the wideness of this one.
