It has less capsian than the name brand but it can still burn if you start to sweat or get out of the shower. So don't do those two things and you'll be just fine!

5.0 for how great it works but -.5 because it is a bit difficult getting the last dose out of the tube. use 3-4 times a day for at least 2 weeks before deciding if it works. if you have not used capsaicin before, start by rubbing on a small dot and work up to larger dose (then keep at it for 2 weeks +) - and maybe try Rugby 0.025% first and work up to higher concentration. I use exam gloves to minimize risk of rubbing it in my eyes, etc - which really hurts. I also rub on a layer on top, of either (1) diclofenac sodium or (2) Ultra Strength Bengay Pain Relieving Cream or equivalent or (3) arnica. (#2) adds a bit of heat on its own.

This product when I applied it to my skin in about 5 minutes my skin was on fire. I had to jump in the shower to wash it off. Still no luck. I was in pain all night due to the flaming burning sensation. I purchase a pack of four and I noticed that one of my packs was opened and been used. I would like to return this product, when I ordered it, it said that this was eligible for a return Amazon. Can you get a hold of me through an email? And let me know what the status is on my return of this product.

I have tried a lot of Arthritis Relief Creams over the past few years but none of them have been as effective as this cream. Put in on and in about 20 minutes the pain has subsided tremendously. TRYI IT, YOU WILL LIKE IT..
