The simple package design of this facial moisturizer had me believing that I would only somewhat end up liking this moisture cream. After using, I have to admit that my impression changed for the better. In fact, I was very impressed with this cream. It did wonders for my mature combination skin. Also took years off of my looks.There is a very mild coconut scent that I rather enjoyed. Very light and nothing at all like something you might smell wafting up from some resort beach area. Only noticeable during application and should be fine for most users. Can't speak for the scent adverse though.The best part is the results that it leaves me with. It leaves my face with a healthy glow, but it's not an oily shine. Not oily or greasy to the skin, though it will leave an ever so slight bit of dew for about 20-30 minutes after application. That will eventually fully absorb once you allow it to set. If that bothers you, you can easily just gently pat the excess off with a towel and all of that good stuff will still be there to work its magic. For my mature combination skin, I prefer to let it sit to reap maximum benefits. It will soon fully absorb and leaves my skin looking and feeling great.Diminishes fine lines and will also soften the deeper set ones. Makes my skin more supple and elastic while also firming up the skin. Really makes my skin look healthy and takes years off of my looks.Great for both men and women alike. Best for those with normal to dry skin.

It's a bit heavy for summer but I need extra moisture and I applaud the good ingredients. It is a bit expensive for the size as most are.

You will not be disappointed with this natural and effective facial cream. It smells deliciously tropical without artificial fragrance. A little bit goes a long way, yet completely hydrates, plumps, and glows me up! I use only a fraction of the amount of product that I would with most creams and it gives me instant radiance. While this is an oil based cream, it has not made me break out at all! It is very common for me to break out when I add oils to my skin care, I would say it happens about 75% of the time, but not with this. I am over forty, with dry/combination skin, and a fair freckled complexion. I 100% love this facial cream, as well as everything else I have tried from this brand. They are delivering consistently effective products that also happen to be organic and natural. That's a win for me. I would buy this again along with their Bio-Retinol Serum.

This Evolve facial cream, produced in England, has a thick consistency more like a night cream than a daytime one. I love that 99.8% of the ingredients are derived from natural sources, and that about a third of those are organic. Weirdly, because the ingredients don't list coconut oil, the cream smells of coconut, probably the natural added fragrance that isn't specific. I happen to love the fragrance, but not everyone will.The cream does a great job of moisturizing, although I can feel it if I touch my face even several hours later. That's one reason why I prefer it as a night cream unless my face feels super dry after washing. Besides, this doesn't contain any sunscreen, and I need it because I have fair skin. I was disappointed to receive this product when I noticed the cream inside the box and and all over the outside of the jar. This jar was closed tightly and it had not broken. This means either they packaged it with this glob of product all over the outside of the jar this way, or worse yet, someone opened the jar and used some. There was a lot of bubble wrap and tape on the box. This leads me to believe it is likely their quality control. How does one miss so much product when putting the box on? This is suppose to be made in small batches. Whatever that means. It leads you to believe it is created and packaged with care. Clearly not the case.The smell is not pleasant. It reminds me of an unscented lotion that has sit in your shelf too long and started to turn. It doesn’t quite smell rancid but like it might go that way sooner rather than later.I like to live in the wild side so enveloped though there wasn’t a safety seal and it had the cream on the outside of the jar, I tried it. It goes on thick and didn’t rub in easily. As I sit here writing this, I feel like I have a layer of product in my face. I don’t mind creams like this at night but I live in FL where my product had to feel light or my face will be sweating as soon as I step outside. I am dreading going out to do yard work with this on my face. My neck and chest and some areas on my face still feel tacky. I used the product 3 hours ago. Overall, ai can’t recommend this product. I’m disappointed.

This is a facial moisturizer that will work well for dry skin. It feels very thick and lush, and takes a few minutes to absorb, so you will need some time after applying before putting on makeup (maybe 5 minutes to fully soak in). Alternatively, I found it to be a great nighttime moisturizer choice for some extra care overnight.It has a coconut scent, but it did not linger, and I did not smell it anymore after about 30 minutes. It adds to the refreshing feeling when applying. I liked the scent overall, even though I am not a huge scent fan - it was pretty benign.The cream does a great job of moisturizing. It feels like a heavy formulation, but it does eventually soak in, so it does not sit on top of the skin for too long. I think this will work best for dryer skin, as it does add quite a bit of moisture back into the skin (so not for normal or combination skin).Overall, this is a lush and creamy formulation that will work well for dry skin.
