Not the brightest you can buy by any means. Works well in the water. I clip mine to my fishing vest. It will take rain, mud and poor treatment and keep on working. You can pay the same or a bit more and get a "better" (Brighter) light but not one this size that I have seen like this. A little disappointed in the run time (mine dimmed a bit after an hour - hour and a half of use) but for its size you can bring extra batteries with you and still be smaller / lighter than most others like this. I still give it 5 stars.

This is my third UK flashlight. The company makes top quality flashlights. I live in Alaska and use this light a lot now that daylIght hours are less with Winter rapidly approaching. You can keep this small and robust light in your front pants pocket with no problem. Very convenient and, you are able to clip it on a hat brim for freeing your hands.

Don't bother with the LED version of this, the halogen one is far superior (maybe 4x brighter). This light is awesome as a backup or when just messing around underwater. bright enough to spot lobster or other fishes under overhangs. UK makes great products that don't disappoint.

Very bright, small, waterproof. Very good gift! My husband liked it very much. He had the same before but lost. And he was very glad to have it once more. He says it is the best flashlight!

I had one of these in the past and loved it, had to get another. It is currently Attached to my work hat.
