Everything about this bottle is high quality..The feel in you hand, the non slip color matching rubber grip is firmly inlayed into the bottle. I use powder electrolyte replenishment (several places on Amazon sell different brands in bulk powder, I buy 40ct. Packages of the single serve 20 oz. pkgs.-Gluten Free/Sugar & Calorie Fee/No Artificial Sweetners-The All Natural Fruit & Variety of Flavors ,naturally sweetens it..Then I mix with My Distilled Water. I love organic strawberries, lemon & or Lime slices, blueberries, cucumbers in the infusion basket! A dash of cayenne pepper taste great & helps balance your bodys ph like lemons do..yes it's true! Love the size of the infusion basket in relation to how much water/Liquid you can fit after the basket is in! The Recipe Book that comes with it Rocks! I'm going to have my husband order several more! Living on the beach, I take care of my skin & nutrition...but, my skin looks so incredible since I've been using this Infusor! You're going to LOVE this!

This bottle is perfect...and I have bought quite a few to try and find one that works. The bottle itself is insulated and has the option of the infuser. It is very light but does a great job of keeping the liquids cold for a long time (I live in Las Vegas). Using a clip I've attached a lanyard to the bottle and carry it everywhere every day. Essentially my purse and bottle are with me when I leave the house. It goes in the dishwasher nearly everyday and holds up great.Just as a sidebar... Due to a medical condition I have a problem holding onto any cup. The insightful design of the cup allows me to hold it very comfortable. The best part? Due to MY ACTION I needed to reach out to the company. They deserve five stars for their customer service. They reached out to me and it seemed that my question was the most important one to them.I will definitely purchased from them again. Christmas is coming and I have some active friends who do a lot of hiking; and I see these cups as Christmas gifts for them. Thank you "Cooler Health" for a fantastic product and tremendous customer service.

I use this bottle basically all day every day, and it is a great item. No buyers remorse to current date for this purchase, with that being said I still feel like this item is slightly misleading and missing a slight durability improvement it should have for the price us customers are paying. To start with I have noticed a bunch of people worrying about missing a "2nd Bottle" in their packaging when purchased. That "TWO BOTTLES IN ONE!" statement is just a very misleading advertisement that makes buyers assume they will receive two bottles, when in fact the seller fine prints that the bottle can be used as an infuser or a standard bottle. (Makes me wonder if the seller thinks the customers are so 'thick' that they wouldn't figure that out on their own.) Secondly the bottle could use better and stronger materials when it comes to the top piece, although mine is still perfectly intact after about a month of continuous use, the metal securing ring has come off once or twice and is easily put back in place. (I have a feeling this bottle will break instantly from dropping it one day, but until then it serves its purpose and holds more liquids than a Blender Bottle.)

I've been using this bottle for a few weeks and am happy with it. I love that it's 32 oz. I have another bottle which isn't as leak proof as this one, so this is great for taking with you. The sleeve helps keep it cool (although maybe not as cool as if the bottle itself were insulated). It's easy enough to use, but I do have to be careful when inserting the infuser into the bottle - it can sometimes sit kind of crooked, and when I tried to apply a bit of pressure the infuser fell into the bottle. Well, I couldn't get it out. At all. I contacted Cooler Health to see if they had any suggestions, and they replied promptly. Their suggestions were ones I'd already tried, but they also told me they'd be replacing the bottle free of charge. So:nice bottle, great customer service, happy fruit-water drinker!I gave it 4 stars because of the trouble I sometimes I have inserting the tube and getting it to sit flush with the bottle. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase

Not as advertised. Infuser basket isn't long enough. Lid is awkward to use. Bottle is too big to hold. And the cover doesn't fit. And the main reason I ordered this one as opposed to another is that it came with a recipe book.....well not really. You have to complain that you didn't get a recipe book and then they tell you to pull it up online. It's about 8 recipes that I could make up on my own. I will be returning.

I ordered this fruit infuser water bottle as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and, truthfully, I wanted to keep it for myself. The BPA free labeling ensured a healthy drinking experience, which I liked. I received the package in a neatly enclosed box for easy wrapping. I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the bottle which signified more space for fruit inside the internal compartment seen in the images attached. I really liked the metal hook on the lid as a precautionary measure in the case it were to accidentally pop open. Overall happy with the structure of the bottle. My mother-in-law has since replaced her old water bottle and seems to be enjoying her fresh experience with Cooler Health. Thumbs up from us!
