Very easy to get ahold of them and they quickly resolved the problem. I was totally satisfied will definitely use them again.

I have used Asurion on another claim and had a positive experience with representatives and support. Hopefully I will not need them for this new product. However, I feel confident they will back up their claim of coverage if they are used.

It was for a rain gauge which quit working. There was a very quit response to my claim. Got the credit and used it the same day to purchase a different brand of weather station. Hope this one works

We purchased a four year plan, water cooler stopped working after 2 years. Easy claim system had Amazon credit within an hour.

I was hesitant to purchase protection for paint, but I’m sure glad I did. Over the course of a month a small crack in a song on the can was slowly leaking and I lost over half the container. The agent was helpful, encouraging and understanding.
