Instant Rice Vermicelli Noodles (Pack of 3)

I actually received this as a birthday present. A friend of mine bought me an entire bag full of Whole Foods and goodies and this was one of the items in the bag. I like to make Bell and Evans chicken poached in Whole Foods chicken broth and when it's almost done, I pop the vermicelli noodles in for three minutes and it makes a beautiful meal. Sometimes for lunch, you can eat chicken broth and just pop the noodles in and have a little soup with noodles and side salad. So healthy and good for you. Amazon makes it easy for you ... I buy three at a time. They are so easy to use.

These noodles are great for anyone looking for a gluten free, easy to fix meal. Just heat up some broth and you have a decent soup when nothing else is available for you to eat.

I have been making a big batch of Singapore Noodles at home almost weekly to eat and have leftovers. Been experimenting with different noodles. I found them "locally" meaning at a store I was at that was about 40 minutes away. Unfortunately I only bought 1 package. I haven't been able to get back to the store and been trying other noodles. But then found them on Amazon. Unfortunately, they are nearly double the price per package from what they cost in the store. However, I haven't been able to get to the store and by the time I'd pay the shopping service plus tip, it would wind up costing more than just getting them through Amazon.What I love about the noodles is that they are (hopefully accurately) lower in calorie per serving than the other noodles options and they cook quickly and easily.

It's hard to find these kinds in the store as I like the wrapped coils. It's perfect! We're only two so we don't eat the whole bag at once, so the small coils of noodles are ideal for us. Taste is great and price is fair. Can definitely recommend!

These noodles are wonderful, BUT the bottom of the package shows a P65 cancer-causing chemical warning! There is no mention of this in the description, and no further info to be found about it. These noodles are made of rice and tapioca starch. The fact that this product requires a toxic chemical warning is disturbing. I would not have ordered these if I’d seen that, and Amazon won’t accept my return because it’s a food item (even though the packaging is unopened). Not cool.

They’re really small bags but they are what they say they are. Each bag has about 2.5 servings so it’s still a good deal.

My favorite thing about these rice noodles is they are packaged in separate little bundles, portioned just right for 2-3 servings. Generally, rice noodles are difficult to pull apart from the big bunch in the bag. These are "instant", but I've always boiled them 2-3 min. They're great.

A very quick review to do justice to how quickly you can sit down to a scrumptios rice vermicelli - of course depending how you prepare them. But, I now had them in my health soup and in stir-fry and they keep their shape and taste fresh. Recommend having few packages ready in your pantry -- just in case. I do.Thank you!
