Great paint with wonderful coverage. Revived my old shed!
Very happy with this. Some say "One coat" isn't enough, but for me it ALMOST was. I'm going to do an extra coat, but I could easily leave it the way it is and be happy.Paint felt thick and applied nicely on top of a previously painted, tired looking brown shed. It's given it a new lease of life. Colour is dark, as expected from the shade we chose and the matte finish looks classy. Coverage was as predicted next to the estimate. Will be buying some more for the fence.

I’m impressed with the results!
Our summer house was looking somewhat tired, so I decided to give it a make-over. I did quite a lot of research beforehand and decided that ‘THE ONE’ paint offered all that I required: paint and primer in one, good coverage, water-based, quick drying, non-toxic, attractive colour choices and so forth. I purchased the 2.5Ltr tin in satin brown. To use you simply prise off the lid, give the paint a thorough stir, then go to work with a brush or roller (I used a single brush because I had some cutting in to do around the glass windows). The paint is fairly thick, so I could have gotten away with just applying the one coat. However, I decided to give two coats to my rather weathered summer house because I think the wood needed that extra bit of protection - it’s worth noting that there was enough paint in my 2.5Ltr tin to achieve this. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of this paint and will definitely be ordering some more in future for further projects I have planned. Highly recommended.

Good paint, just be realistic iabout coats required and how you interperate the colours description.
I ordered satin "off white" assuming it would be very slightly creamy in colour but it was not, it was actually very "white" more like brilliant white? howver it was not a real issue for me.Also, it is marketed and named "One Coat" but it needed a minimum of 2 coats (could have done with a third coat) as the aged oil based white (creamy) paint was still very visible after 1 coat and barely visible after 2 coats. (The previous paint was sanded and cleaned appropriately prior to re-painting).NOTE: That it does state it acts as a base coat and "first" coat in one, so technically not a "one coat" paint. The paint was very easy to apply and smoothed out on a horizontal surface to a nice even finish with barely any brush strokes visible.Virtully no odour.Drying time was acceptably fast enough but in reality longer than 30 minutes.I used just under half of the 250ml tin to paint a very large 1.8m x 0.9m antique mirror frame, so happy with the coverage, which would equate to about 1 square metre of surface area, which is about as advertised.Overall i am quite happy with this paint and would use again, mindful that it needs more than one coat especially if it was to cover a dark colour.Hence one star deducted for the colour not a expected from the description, but accepted that it doee not specify clearly in what way the colour is "off " white? it certainly was not a creamy white.

Exceptional paint product
Whilst this paint is quite expensive it is worth the additional cost as the finish in terms of opacity and adhesion are definitely better than conventional paints.I used to paint my poly block top work bench and it came up like new ! Not many paints will adhere to plastic but this does and with no primer required , so a cost saving there to help reduce the overall cost of the paint system.Drying time is very fast - 1 hour in the temperatures we have been experiencing this summer and best of all - easy clean up as this is water based. So re coating as the bench top gets marked with use is not a major undertaking- 10 minute job as they say. I was very impressed with this product and would use again .

Absolutely brilliant
I have stopped in the middle of painting my wall to write this review. I am so impressed with this paint. I have painted over purple as you will see in the pictures ( I never put pictures in a review) it completely covered in one coat. I painted with a brush, I was a bit dubious whether you would see the brush strokes when it dried. Not a brush mark it dried perfectly smooth in no time at all. This paint is the best paint I’ve ever used. It is not thick paint. It was the perfect consistency to be able to cut in with it, no drag. It goes such a long way, I’ve hardly used any. It has saved me so much time and effort. When I finished the little bit I’ve got left to paint I will go explore other colours.

Great paint and coverage
I purchased this paint to cover a plastic framed mirror which was lilac. The coverage was great and was very easy to use. I gave it a second coat just because I'm fussy but one coat would have been fine. The results were great. It has a smooth finish and is highly pigmented. I have give the frame a coat of clear wax, again as I am fussy but probably didn't need too. It goes along way too. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this paint.

Fantastic paint-does the job properly?
The media could not be loaded. I bought this paint to use on some MDF shelves. They have come out beautiful and just one coat was needed. The adhesion is really good and it is great quality paint. It does not leak and has a good consistency. Although it is on the pricey side it is worth purchasing.

5* paint, will definitely use again! It's a dream!
This paint is absolutely fantastic - used on external wooden cupboard doors and plastic meter cupboard. One coat did it perfectly for the wood, and the plastic just needs a touch-up coat. Thin paint but not drippy; used a brush to paint although I think a roller would be fine too. No smell, highly pigmented and a little goes a long way (still some left from the 250ml tin to touch up tomorrow). Will definitely be using again for the front door, and would absolutely recommend. Can't understand any of the critical or negative comments, this paint is a winner!*Edit* I did use it again for the front door, and again it went on like a dream! No prep at all, straight onto a varnished brown door. This did need 2 coats, but I think that's fair enough. It dries so quickly that it was still done in 1-2 hours all in. Absolute dream to work with. Will be buying more to use on skirting boards etc indoors, as I absolutely hate glossing!
