Absolute garbage quality. Elastic cord was.not even ties to the ball. Just tucked under some incredibly hard to pull up cloth loop thing. Ball was not even assembled to headband and you are supposed to tie it yourself amd cut it to size yourself, but there are no instructions on the proper measurement of the line or how it works. I briefly tied to use the thing and thr head band pulls righy down in your face when you punch the ball. Just stupid. So instead of using the thing on the headband it fell off because the ball was not even tied to the cord. So I tried to connect it to the ceiling on something else. Even that is a bit difficult. You're pretty much going to have to improvise and connected to the ceiling and floor on a weight or something. The only thing that's good about this is it came with a reaction ball and it bounces pretty good. But the quality of the ball of will tear up on a rough driveway. So you have to bounce it on smooth cement only.

Definitely did not enjoy the tennis reflex ball with headband. I cut it to the right size, once I was in a good rythm with the tennis reflex ball out of no where the string kept hitting me face and eye to the point where I had to stop making contact with the ball. I don't recommend this item. If you want to buy a relfix headband ball I would suggest buying a better quality one because this one is just going to stress you out and keep hitting you in the face when it whiplashes back at you.

Definitely not what I expected. It doesn't work with the headband. only good if you're hanging ball from.ceiling.

This is a great tool for my training. Easy to manoeuvre and fun to use. I am enjoying it.
