Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty(16.5FT) - for Walls Mounting Tape - Adhesive, Washable and Reusable - Wall Tape for Picture Photo Carpet Decoration - Poster Tape

I imagine that for certain things it is useful but I used it to attach a wood frame to a wall (after learning the hard way that command strips and humidity DO NOT mix) and it came totally unstuck from one side of the frame while remaining SO stuck to the other identical side that I had to use a hairdryer, brut force and lots of patience to get it off. And when i did it was in little bits - very far from reusable. Doesn't seem at all like the product description.

This tape is thick and wide. I cut it in half and use it in so many ways. My favorite use so far is to secure metal, sliding organizers to the inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Instead of screwing these organizers into the bottoms of the cabinets, simply attach this tape to the flat areas on the bottom fronts and backs (where the screws would go) and press them down onto the floors of the cabinets. They STICK! I also hold my cellphone onto the dashboard when using my GPS. The tape removes easily and cleanly.

Even with a sharp exacto, this highly elastic stuff is difficult to cut/apply without stretching a piece out of shape. I used 4 x 1.5 " strips to mount a super light 11" x 17" framed poster, then had to pull it off the wall for a slight adjustment. Seemed to re-mount ok....until the picture fell the next day.Had to waste another 9" to replace the now de-gummed original strips & add a second pair mid-frame. That's a lot of expensive product to hang a picture that weighs just a few ounces. As long as you apply gentle pressure, it does not damage paint when you take it off, but that's the only good thing I have to say. Sure did rip off a nice chunk of the cardboard/felt backing on a light mirror on which I'd already applied the tape (but not yet mounted, fortunately) before the poster fell . No way will I hang anything remotely heavy or fragile with this product.I'd hoped to use it to mount some surge protectors on the wall as well, avoiding having to drill masonry screws into my old building's plaster walls/ allow for future re-positioning, but I don't trust this tape to hold the weight or resist the repeated plug-pulling.

It holds so many types of surfaces including painted walls, wood and stucco walls! Great for crafts too. Anything that you can think of that requires double sided tape, this will work great! I tried so many things to hang up and they were all very light weight items too. It only took a few minutes and things were falling. Extremely difficult to peel it back to be able to use both sides. I just threw it away.

Used it to stick Lego creations to shelves in a display unit in scenes so they wouldn't shift if the shelves get bumped into. Works well. Sticky, a little thicker than I expected. Repositionable if you make a mistake and don't adhere surfaces tightly and warm the tape up. Don't leave pieces exposed or they'll attract dust.

This is not easy to remove! I can’t take it off my walls. So I guess it work, however, I can’t remove anything as well as it’s taking off paint.

This is a great product!! Doesn’t damage walls and it holds everything!
